Delivery

We dispatch our orders from our Boston and New York facilities. 

 

Sometimes packages can be marked as delivered prematurely. Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to be delivered. In the meantime, try checking nearby areas to see if your package was misplaced. If after 3 days your order still hasn’t been delivered, please get in touch with us at info@terradiya.com

 

Items on average take 3-5 business days to be delivered. After placing your order, you will receive an email with all of the tracking information you need!

 

Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time. But please stay tuned!

 

Order Processing & Shipping

If the order has not been shipped yet, it’s possible to have the address changed. Please contact info@terradiya.com as soon as possible so we can assist you.

When the order has been shipped we are no longer allowed to make any shipping changes. Please contact the shipping company directly to make amendments to the mailing address. We apologize for the inconvenience!

We start processing your order as soon as it has been placed. If you would like to cancel or make changes, please email us ASAP at info@terradiya.com. Once your order has been shipped, we can no longer make changes. However, we're happy to help process a return.

 

We’re so sorry that your item arrived damaged, or that you received the wrong item! Please email us at info@terradiya.com within 5 days of receiving your item and we will do everything we can to resolve this. 

Our jewelry is quality-checked every time it leaves our facility. Proper storage and care can help avoid breakage. If your item has become damaged within 21 days of the delivery time please message us ASAP at info@terradiya.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
